My Path to Healing
Long before White Angel Healing existed, there was music.
Music was my first calling and, in many ways, my first experience of connection to something greater than myself. During a difficult childhood, music became a sanctuary—a place where I experienced harmony, peace, creativity, and connection.
That calling eventually led me to a life as a professional musician, composer, flutist, and educator.
Teaching became another important part of my journey. Whether in a classroom, through music, or in one-on-one conversations, I continually found myself helping people learn, understand, and discover something within themselves.
But another calling was quietly emerging.
Healing.
When My Own Healing Journey Began
My path as a healer became deeply personal when several parts of my life seemed to unravel at once.
Following an emotionally devastating relationship experience, I began noticing changes in my hands while playing the flute. As a professional musician, my hands were an essential part of my identity and livelihood.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with focal dystonia, a neurological movement disorder that can affect musicians and interfere with highly practiced movements.
Suddenly, something I had been able to do almost instinctively for years became extraordinarily difficult.
I searched everywhere for answers.
I explored traditional medical care as well as chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage, Qi Gong, energy work, and other alternative practices.
Nothing offered the immediate answer I was searching for.
What ultimately changed my path was learning to approach movement differently. Through intensive practice, awareness, retraining, and the creation of new movement patterns, I gradually regained abilities that I feared I had lost.
The process took years.
But it transformed far more than my relationship with the flute.
It transformed my relationship with myself.
Healing Became Something Deeper
During this period, I began examining not only what was happening physically, but also what was happening emotionally and spiritually.
I explored childhood wounds, unresolved emotions, old patterns, ancestral stories, fear, grief, and the experiences I had carried with me for years.
My spiritual connection also became much stronger.
I began experiencing what I understood as guidance from angels, spiritual beings, guides, and divine consciousness.
My experience with focal dystonia eventually led other musicians facing similar challenges to reach out to me. Through those conversations and sessions, I discovered something important about the work I felt called to do.
I wasn’t there to “fix” someone.
I was there to listen.
To hold space.
To share what I intuitively received.
And to allow healing energy to move through the experience.

The Meaning of Ajarona
Ajarona
ah-hah-ROH-nah
The name Ajarona has become deeply connected to my spiritual identity and the work I do today.
My birth name is Andrea Harriet Brachfeld. I was given the Hebrew name Ajarona in connection with my grandfather, Harry Aaron Fabricant, who passed away before I was born.
Over the years, I began exploring the spiritual meaning I associated with the name.
Among the meanings that resonated most deeply with me were:
Exalted.
Mountain of strength.
Warrior lion.
Bearer of light.
The more deeply I traveled along my spiritual path, the more the name felt like a reflection of the person I was becoming.
Eventually, when I made the decision to fully honor my work as a healer, Ajarona was the name that felt right.
Not because I believe I have arrived at some final destination.
Quite the opposite.
It reminds me of the path I am still walking.
A path of strength.
A path of service.
A path of learning.
And, most importantly, a path toward light.
Music Is Still Part of My Story
I remain a musician.
I remain an educator.
I remain a student.
And I continue exploring spirituality, consciousness, intuition, energy, and the many ways we experience connection.
White Angel Healing is simply another expression of the same thread that has moved through my entire life:
Connection.
Connection through music.
Connection through teaching.
Connection through healing.
Connection to ourselves.
Connection to each other.
And connection to something greater.
